So, I've been in school for a while now. College is nothing like I expected it would be. It's actually a lot more fun than I thought it would be and I love the tight schedule. Keeps me busy. My wight training class starts today, in about an hour. I know that is going to be tons of fun. I love a physical challenge. At 11, Kevin and I both get out of class at the same time and we're hittin' the beach. The air is 52, the water is 59. Poor and stormy conditions. But, we're goin' anyway!!! WOOH! Haha, I love living in America's Finest City!

Alright, alright, so it isn't Christmas yet. So what. We celebrated this weekend because that was when everyone could get together. My sister and I made our Grandmother's Christmas eggnog (with 18 eggs, 4cups of bourbon and 1cup of cognac - among other ingredients, which I'll NOT divulge) and Kevin made his time-honored Christmas recipe: The fudge recipe on the back of the marshmallow creme jar! I love Christmas, it's always so yummy! Anyway, The Child came over with his sister and mom and we took pictures with the camera Kevin got me. (It's a niiiice camera, BTW!) ANYway, we gave Keegan posable power rangers and he loved them so much he broke them.

What happened? Is MySpace really that "popular"? Come on, people.... ANYway, I won't fall into the same category. My life at a glance: Thanksgiving was sinfully yummy. Flatbush has an appointment to see the doctor on Saturday. My sister and I have been taking pictures together. (NO, dammit! You sick Fucker...) Christmas is going to be sleigh-loads of fun. Kevin said he WAS going to get me a wet suit, but has changed his mind because he thinks he has thought of a better gift for me. I want to get him a new dive watch because the one he has is missing a screw, so we're not sure it's water tight anymore... We're going to get together with everyone this Holiday season. My Grandpa says he will come, too. But we will see. He ditched everyone on Thanksgiving. But he is having a really rough time. He's been diagnosed with cancer of the lungs, throat and liver. He is refusing treatment. When he told me the news, I broke down in tears I wasn't very successful at hiding. He let me open a brand new box of Whittman's assorted chocolates. I let him pick the first one. Kevin is enrolling in college. He wants to take a business course and a glass blowing/lampworking class. I'm thinking of taking the jewelry class they offer with the glass class and then the ultimate goal will be working out of our own shop... It will be a few years. Money will probably be tight for a while, but we'll make it. We have other goals, too. Time and finances will tell when we will ever be married. One day......
Anyway, about those pictures I talked about taking with my sister earlier... I know you wanted to see that nasty shit, but really, they're just landscape pictures. See? I took this one:

OK, so there's this new pet we have, her name is Flatbush:
She's a bearded dragon. We keep her in our NEW APPARTMENT!!! WOOOH!
Um, yeah, but we have our own place and Kevin is making with the working while I make with the house-keeping and errand-running. My son came down to visit for his FOURTH BIRTHDAY! Can you believe it? Four. I got him a giant transformer that uses keys to operate lights and sounds. He loves it because it shoots little plastic missiles. He also asked me to play catch with him for a bit so that was fun. Um, I just sent my Mommy and Daddy a package today, they are doing well. Mandy's baby, Phoenix is SO CUTE I WANNA POKE HIM IN HIS BELLY! (jesusatemytaco) And I am just getting over a cold. I do not have the internet at my house yet. I was going to get it, but then my computer decided that all it wants to show me is the big black screen of No. So, I think it may be a while. I love the library! Well, have an awesome day, Folks.
